Tenpin Bowling Association of QLD (TBAQ) Inc. are proud to announce that Tenpin Bowling will be one of the major sports on the program at the 7th Pan Pacific Masters Games to be held on the Gold Coast in Australia from 6 to 14 November this year.
There will be 34 sports on the program, with more than 10,000 people from all over the world expected to converge on the Gold Coast to participate.
The Pan Pacific Masters Games is a celebration of master’s sport with both fierce and friendly competition and a jam-packed entertainment program at the Games Village at the end of each day.
The minimum age requirement for Tenpin Bowling is 35 years. The event categories include: Singles Doubles and Trios for Ladies’, Men’s and Mixed divisions. The competition will be held at the NEW AMF Robina Tenpin Bowl; located on Robina Town Centre Drive, Robina. The Pan Pacific Games will be the first international event showcasing the new lanes and centre facilities.
All sports are located in close proximity to the Games Village at the Gold Coast Convention & Exhibition Centre in Broadbeach. The Games Village will feature the registration centre, merchandise, live nightly entertainment, fully catered hospitality and an exclusive venue for competitors to meet up and enjoy the spirit the event is known for.

- Week 1: Saturday 6 - Sunday 7 November 2010 OR
- Week 2: Thursday 11 - Friday 12 November 2010
- Masters Final: Saturday 13 November 2010
Competition Times:
- Saturday 6 November: 9:00am - 2:00pm
- Sunday 7 November: 8:30am - 6:30pm
- Thursday 11 - Friday 12 November: 8:30am - 6:30pm
- Saturday 13 November: 8:00am - 3:00pm

- Located below the Cinemas in the Promenade, The Bowling Centre is located on the South-Western end of the Promenade
Parking & Transport
- The best place to park is at the David Jones Car park / Cinema Car park.
- The Bowling Centre is located on the South-Western End of the Promenade
- There is no Shuttle bus to and from the Games Village to the Bowling Centre
- Trankslink (Surfside Buses) offer frequent buses to Robina Town Centre:
- 750 (Games Village to Surf Pde & Victoria Ave – then walk 265meters)
- 751 Bus (Robina Town Centre to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre then walking approx 900m to Games Village)

- Age is determined as at 5 November 2010
- Minimum age for competition is 35yrs.

- Singles (35-44, 45-54, 55-64, 65-74, 75+)
- Doubles - Ladies', Men's & Mixed (35+, 45+, 55+, 65+, 75+)
- Trios - Ladies', Men's & Mixed (35+, 45+, 55+, 65+, 75+)
Fees:
- Sport Fees:
- $100 per person for Tenpin Bowling Australia members (or International affiliates)
- $127.50 per person for non-members (or $122.50 for non-member concession card holders)
- Games Fee:
- $95 ($20 late fee applies after 3 September)
Additional Events:
- Additional events will be organised by the Tenpin Bowling Association of Queensland (TBAQ). If you would like to compete in additional events, please indicate this on your entry form and TBAQ will contact you for more information and payment details (it is $25 per additional event)

Additional Tenpin Bowling Information:
- The Tenpin Bowling fee includes entry into one singles, one doubles, one trio’s event and an All Events for each participant. Each event will be bowled as three games.
- All Events entry means your total scores from your highest singles, doubles and trios event (total of 9 games). All the Events will determine the top 10 places of each age group to contest the Masters events which will be bowled as a 6 game event on Saturday 13 November with the exception of the 65-74 yrs and 75+ age group who will bowl 3 games.
- In doubles and trios events, the age group is determined by the youngest bowler.
- Doubles and trios can be ladies', men's or mixed.
- Multiple entries in doubles and trios must bowl with at least one different partner.
- If you require a partner please indicate on the entry form and every effort will be made to cater for your request.
- 'Masters' will be bowled on Saturday 13 November. Qualifying will be determined by the top 10 in 'All Events' men's and ladies' divisions in each category. Cost to bowl the 35-64 age group Masters final event will be $45 and $25 to bowl the 65 plus Masters final event. These fees are payable on the day to the tenpin organisers.
- Participants are able to choose to bowl during week 1 or 2. If you bowl during week 1 and you win a medal it will be sent to you.
- The tournament is accredited through Tenpin Bowling Australia (TBA) Ltd.
- The competition will be conducted under TBA Ltd rules and is presented by TBAQ Inc.
