A Thank You From TBAQ

To Queensland Tenpin Bowlers, spectators and suppliers,

On behalf of TBAQ and the Proprietors of bowling centres in QLD, we would like to thank you all for observing the regulations imposed on us by the Health Department of the QLD Government.

Most importantly, thank you for signing in (bowlers, spectators and suppliers) or using QR codes when entering to play, watch, or deliver goods. The contact tracing and tracking of persons is the key thing that will stop further spreads and lock-downs should a case be detected in our region.

Thank you for observing social distancing (1.5 metres) in all concourse, cafe, bar and amusement machine areas.

Just as we are required to regularly wipe all surfaces and sanitise shared equipment, we thank you for complying with personal hygiene matters sanitising hands before and after any activity in our venues.

Your continued observance of these requirements is needed to avoid fines and penalties that will impact on your bowling venue and also closure of our centres for a period of time as part of the non-compliance of legislation.

Please note at the current level 3 stage we are allowed contact in the play area when playing the sport, however, outside these areas we must comply with social distancing.

So if we ask that you keep apart or remain sitting when eating or buying a drink please understand this is legislation and is important to ensure our centres continuing to remain open.

Thank You
