TBAQ has a comprehensive Junior Sport Policy whose primary functions are
1. Promoting opportunities to participate in the sport.
2. Facilitating equal opportunities for all Queensland children.
3. Encouraging children to be physically active.
4. Contributing to the social, physical and mental well being of all Queensland children.
5. Promoting the values of positive behaviour and fair play.
