With the COVID-19 pandemic keeping more Queenslanders at home, now more than ever it is important to focus on remaining active and healthy.

We are calling on all Queenslanders to continue to be active by staying connected and boosting your health and wellbeing.

Boost your Healthy is an initiative led by Health and Wellbeing Queensland and supported by the Queensland Government to help you maintain your physical and mental health during this time.

The initiative aims to help you stay healthy while protecting your family, friends and community.

Boost your Healthy focuses on three key areas:

  • Boost Your Activity
  • Boost Your Healthy Eating
  • Boost Your Wellbeing.

An online hub provides access to information, support and guidance. There is a wealth of resources from Queensland’s sport and active recreation community, including videos, articles and tips for staying active at home.Take on a Booster challenge!
